ORDER Start here

  1. All purchase orders and change orders are subject to written acceptance by RTA Depot, and no order will be binding until accepted and acknowledged in writing by RTA Depot.
  2. A signed cabinet term & condition sheet, purchase order with product list, quantity and drawings/layout must be provided at the time of order. The lead time begins when a 50% down payment is received and the order is confirmed.

RETURN 14 days for stock items

Accepted Return
  1. Return for stock items is within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Returned items must be in original condition, original packing or repackaged to acceptable condition, unused, uninstalled, unmarked, and in 100% new and re-saleable condition.
  3. Return of orders that qualify will be subjected to fees below:

Not Accepted Return
  1. No return will be granted for Discontinued Products or Custom/Special Orders.
  2. RTA Depot will not accept returns for filler and moulding pieces or cabinets that were previously installed or have screw or nail holes.
  3. No return on any installed products. No return on modified or altered products, or where cabinet doors have handles, knobs, or holes have been drilled.
All change orders will not be accepted until a written supplement is duly executed by both Parties which expressly adopts such provision(s). Only store credit will be provided. RTA Depot reserves the right not to accept any returns and/or cancellations after careful inspection.

CANCELLATION

Once the order leaves the warehouse, assembled items may not be canceled. No cancellation will be granted for non-stock items.

RTA CABINET DEPOT B2B Policy

B2B Contractor Purchase & Return Policy

1. B2B Contractor Pricing – Credit Policy Store credit only

  • All purchases made under B2B contractor pricing are non-refundable in cash.
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, applicable to future orders.

2. Unopened Box – Exchange / Credit Unopened

  • Cabinets must be unused, uninstalled, and in original unopened packaging.
  • Items returned in unopened condition are eligible for exchange or store credit.

Original invoice is required.

3. Opened Box – Uninstalled Items 30% restocking

  • Opened but uninstalled items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Items must be in new, resalable condition with all original parts and packaging.
  • Store credit will be issued after inspection.

4. Installed Items – No Return No return

  • Installed cabinets or parts are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, under any circumstances.

5. Final Sale Items Final sale

  • Clearance, discounted, or special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Inspection Responsibility Check on delivery

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting all items upon pickup or delivery.
  • Any visible damage or missing items must be reported before installation.

7. Policy Enforcement RTA reserves rights

RTA CABINET DEPOT reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
  • Inspect all returned items before approving credit
  • Modify this policy without prior notice
