🌍 WARRANTY
For Engineered Wood Furniture (RTA / Flat-Pack Furniture)
RTA Depot warrants that its cabinets and cabinet parts are free from substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase for residential customers, and 1 year for commercial customers. The warranty period begins on the purchase date.
Warranty Period:

- 1 year for commercial use

We warrant that our engineered wood furniture (MDF, MFC, Plywood, etc.) will be free from:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Warping, delamination, or structural issues not caused by misuse
- Errors in machining such as drilling, dowel fitting, cam locks, or hinge alignment
The product must be used indoors only and for its intended residential or commercial purpose.
- Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation or failure to follow assembly instructions
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Damage caused by moisture, water, sunlight, or extreme temperature/humidity
(Recommended environment: 50–85°F / 10–29°C, Humidity: 30–55%) - Scratches, breakage, or impact damage during transport or use
- Use of harsh chemicals, acidic/citric cleaners, or solvents
- Warranty Claim Procedure
- A valid Proof of Purchase (receipt or invoice) is required
- Please contact the authorized dealer or distributor where the product was purchased
- If the dealer is no longer active, another dealer will be assigned
- If the product is discontinued, a comparable replacement will be provided
(Exact color or finish match is not guaranteed due to natural aging and changes in materials)

- Color variations, grain shifts, or surface changes over time due to light, temperature, or environmental exposure are natural and not considered defects
- Minor hairline cracks, edge swelling, or expansion/contraction of the material are typical of engineered wood and are not covered under warranty
